If you're a recruiter and you came to this page via my resume or some other means, I see you! Not literally, but I see which things are being accessed on my website and where this activity is taking place.

Why Does This Matter to Recruiters?
I recently set up tracking links to my website portfolio via various sections of my resume using Google Campaign URL Builder. My web portfolio is tied to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager and now I can see who is doing what and when.
I'm also obsessed with analyzing data, so I created a report in Google Looker Studio that I get delivered to my inbox daily. Recruiters, these links showcase my ability to track and analyze metrics, a common ask in every marketing job description.
How Can This Help Marketing Jobseekers?
For jobseekers looking to land marketing roles, you SHOULD be utilizing tracking links within your resume. Not only does this keep your marketing and analytical skills fresh but you can also use this data to optimize your web-based portfolio to stand out in this competitive job market.
This may seem like a no-brainer if you're a marketing professional, but it also takes time to set up and initiate. Time is something I didn't have before being let go from my last job, but trust me, if you aren't doing this yet, take the time! It's worth it!
